Once upon a time, L’Oustaou used to be the kitchen of Penens. The dry stone traditional bread oven in the yar, and the threshing floor above the cistern are reminiscences of this time. We still honor this tradition, as cooking and tending the kitchen garden are the two favorite hobbies of Elisabeth, your hostess. In the morning for breakfast and at night for dinner, you are welcome to join us under the pergola.
